Some of the topics of former Summit presentations have included: performance and program management, sharing key performance information with real time data, how program evaluation data can lead to change in vocational rehabilitation agencies, consumer satisfaction survey building and analysis, constructing a state vocational rehabilitation quality assurance manual and conducting a vocational rehabilitation comprehensive statewide needs assessment using the VR Needs Assessment Guide.
